This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Ocean Rielle Studio, operated by OR GLOBAL LIMITED, trading as Ocean Rielle Studio.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because many of our products are handcrafted or carefully prepared before shipment, processing time may vary slightly depending on product availability, order volume, and quality inspection requirements.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you after your order is placed and provide a suitable solution, such as changing the shipping address or cancelling and refunding the order.

The estimated delivery time for most orders is 7–20 business days after shipment.

Shipping Cost

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If any special shipping option or additional shipping fee applies, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, or additional reshipping fees.
